TURNAROUND

For in-stock items that need no modification, please expect 7-10 days for turnaround. We do often ship sooner than this, but we are a small shop, so we ask for your patience. 

For made to order items, you should anticipate a 4-6 week turnaround in most cases. 

Because many of our products are made-to-order according to your specs, certain items simply take longer because of their unique nature; for example, our painted pickguards may require several stages of engraving, painting, and drying before they're ready to ship. We try to keep material in stock, ready for production, but we do sometimes need to restock. 

USA SHIPPING

We use USPS for domestic shipping. You can select between first class and priority options. First class saves a few bucks in most cases, but might take a couple days longer, depending on where you live. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All shipments outside the United States of America are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the item. We are proud to have partnerships with UPS, and DHL to offer highly discounted rates on international shipping. 

Please be aware that overseas buyers may be assessed duty fees or taxes depending on the laws of your country and the service you select. Decoboom is not responsible for these additional fees.
